Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling costs. No restocking fee will be charged if you want to exchange your item. Just fill out the exchange form, and we'll gladly send you a replacement.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For return orders, a return label can be created by request, and USD20 fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We do not take any responsibilities for loss or damage in shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned, such as socks, undershirts , and item that has been altered and custom products (Made-to-Order, Made-to-Measure or Bespoke). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please not the shipping costs are non-refundable. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
